The Jinko Solar Tiger Neo JKM620N-66HL4M-BDV is a 620 W bifacial photovoltaic module built with 132 (66x2) N-type mono-crystalline TOPCon half-cells between two 2.0 mm glass sheets in an anodized aluminium frame. Dual-sided power generation lifts yield up to 685 Wp under BNPI conditions, making it suited to ground-mount, carport and commercial rooftop systems where light reaches the rear side. It carries SMBB and HOT 3.0 cell technology for low degradation, a 1500 VDC system voltage rating, IP68 junction box and a 12-year product with 30-year linear power warranty.
